AFTERCARE
EYELASH EXTENSION AFTERCARE
- clean your extensions with an oil-free eyelid & lash cleanser and pat dry
- gently brush your lashes daily
- only use extension safe mascara & eyeliner
- avoid getting your lashes near strong heat as heat can distort both your natural lashes and eyelash extensions -- this includes hot ovens, fire pits, barbecues lighters, smoking, flat and curling iron, candles, etc
- avoid rubbing your eyes or pulling on your eyelash extensions as this may lead to premature shed and can result in permanent damage to your natural eyelashes
- avoid oil-based make up and make up removers
- if crying, wash your eyelashes immediately and pat dry as the salt in our tears can harden and distort the eyelash extensions
- the side you sleep on will generally be the side that you lose the most lashes, so try your best to sleep on your back
- never, ever use an eyelash curler on your extensions as this will warp the natural curl of the lashes
- book a refill appointment every 2-3 weeks (or as needed) to fill in areas where natural lashes have fallen out and new ones are growing in
LASH LIFT AFTERCARE
- refrain from getting your lashes wet for up to 24h after your appointment -- this includes sweating, showering, swimming, saunas, etc
- avoid sleeping on your side or face during the first night as the lashes are still vulnerable to movement
- clean your lashes with a gentle eyelid & lash cleanser
- gently brush daily
- avoid rubbing your eyes
- book a re-lift appointment every 5-6 weeks (or as needed) to refresh the curl of your lashes
BROW LAMINATION AFTERCARE
- while the hairs of the brows are still stabilizing, refrain from getting your brows wet -- this includes water, excessive sweating, showering, swimming, saunas, etc
- daily conditioning of the brow hairs is recommended to maintain the results until it grows out
- failure to condition may result in frizzy, unruly brow hairs
- you may use hair conditioner on your brows for 5-10 minutes in the shower to keep brow hairs hydrated and silky
- castor oil or a brow balm may also be used to condition your brows
- gently brush into place daily
- book an appointment every 4-6 weeks (or as needed) to re-laminate your brows
