BOOKING POLICY

By booking an appointment online with JKO LUXE BEAUTY for eyelash extensions, you are agreeing to the following: 

1. I understand that eyelash extensions require synthetic eyelashes to be applied using medical grade adhesive to my own natural lashes.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my eyes closed for the duration of the appointment. 
3. I agree to disclose any medical and food allergies that I may have (such as latex, medical tape, adhesive, cyanoacrylate, etc).
4. I agree to disclose any diseases and/or disorders, recent surgeries, and any current and past medications. 
5. I understand that the longevity of my eyelash extensions relies on the aftercare that I am responsible for following my appointment. Failure to do so may result in premature lash shed. 
6. I understand that I am not to pick, pull or rub on my eyelash extensions as it may result in permanent lash damage. 
7. I will have read and fully understand the intake & consent form before proceeding with my appointment.
8. I understand that a reaction may occur and is not the fault of my lash artist. I will notify my lash artist of any signs of irritation or allergy and will seek medical attention from a doctor. 
9. No refunds in any circumstances as a service was provided. 

 

LATE POLICY 

​RUNNING LATE?
Let us know if you are running late. Failure to do so will result in your service time being altered to fit the remaining time available. 

NO-SHOW
If you are 30 minutes late and have not made any effort to contact us (via e-mail or phone), we will assume you are not coming and your appointment will automatically be considered a no show. You will forfeit your deposit entirely. 
A penalty fee must be paid to rebook any appointment after a no show.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING
We understand that life happens at the most unexpected times. 
At JKO LUXE BEAUTY we require a minimum of 24h notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of your booking deposit. A new deposit must be paid if you would like to book another appointment. 

 

ALLERGY POLICY

Unfortunately allergies do happen and are unforeseen. We never wish for it but it is nature's doing. In the scenario in which you have an allergy to your eyelash extensions, we offer a removal free of charge. However, we do not offer refunds on previous appointment(s).

JKO LUXE BEAUTY GUARANTEE

Should any eyelash extensions fall off excessively within 72h after your appointment, contact us via email or phone immediately so we can schedule you in the same week for a service fix completelyfree of charge. Due to uncontrollable factors, these things may happen. 
Should any excessive lashes fall off AFTER the 72h, this is solely due to factors out of our control and capability (such as rubbing, sleeping on face, improper care, crying, etc.) and is not our responsibility.

REFILL POLICY

Refills require a minimum of 40% of lash extensions to remain INTACT on the day of the appointment. With this being said, refill appointments should be booked well in advance, not when the lashes appear to be at 40%. Any less than 40% of eyelash extensions on the day of the refill appointment will result in a full set charge. No exceptions.

VISITORS POLICY

GUESTS
Due to COVID-19 precautionary mandates in place, there is a zero guest policy in place. No guests, this includes young children, are permitted in the beauty studio​. No exceptions.

 

PRICES

Prices at JKO LUXE BEAUTY are subject to change without notice and are subject to applicable taxes.​

TRAINING POLICY

All bookings for training courses require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will cover the costs of the course kit, course manuals and certificate. 
If you need to reschedule to a different training day, please notify us at least 72h before or else you will forfeit your course deposit. 
If you decide that you no longer want to take your scheduled course, you will forfeit your deposit entirely.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. 
We collect personal information (such as name, email, phone number, etc) to make booking easier and to keep you up to date with current promotions. We will never sell or disclose any of your personal information to any third parties. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to sanitary measures in place, all products are final sale. If you are unhappy with your items, please contact us here.
